We had a lovely Thanksgiving stay at a hotel in Xi'an. The free pickup service from the train station was a nice surprise, making the beginning of our stay much easier. The hotel is located in a quiet street lined with trees, and we easily found our way to the city center, just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The free maps provided by the hotel were useful to help us navigate around the city. We also enjoyed the comfortable room on the 11th floor, which had long views, and the café on the 12th floor serving proper coffee and muffins.

The lift in the hotel was drab and a bit smokey. the heater in the room took a long time to heat up, so it was a bit chilly during the night.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel's cafe was outstanding, and the cocktails at the bar were a must-try. The location was convenient, with several coffee shops and attractions nearby. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and provided useful information about the area. We also enjoyed the various trips organized by the hotel, such as the Terracotta Army tour. The eco-friendly amenities in the room, like the wooden toothbrushes and natural loofahs, were a nice touch. highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff, great facilities, and beautiful surroundings.
